RACC Headlines for November 20, 2008

Every third Thursday of the month, RACC sponsors this networking event for artists. On Thursday Nov 20 there will be a sneak preview of Laika's new animation feature. 5-7pm at Living Room Theaters, SW 10th at Stark.

From January to June 2009, RACC is offering ten professional development workshops for artists in all disciplines who reside in the tri-county Portland region. Space is limited; early registration is encouraged.

Portland Building Installation Space 2009-2010. RACC invites artists/teams currently living in Oregon or Washington to submit proposals for temporary installations for the lobby of the Portland Building. Six installations will be featured in one-month installations.

York Recognition Project. RACC invites artists/teams residing in the United States to submit qualifications for the York Recognition public art project for Lewis & Clark College. The total art budget is $125,000.

RACC is providing a listing of local holiday sales for artists and artists' groups. Handmade art by local artists can make unique gifts.
